Ingredients:
BLUEBERRY OAT COBBLER
- BERRY INGREDIENTS TO COMBINE:
- 3 Cups blueberries or any other berry of choice
- 1 TBS Maple Syrup
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 2 TBS cornstarch
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS TO COMBINE:
- 1 cup gluten - free rolled oats
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 cup almond flour
- PINCH OF SALT
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions:
BLUEBERRY COBBLER
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place all blueberry combo ingredients in a bowl and mix, then place in a pie pan. Next mix all topping ingredients in same bowl and then layer on top of blueberries. Place in the oven for 40 / 45 minutes, until gooey and golden brown!
